The worst online shop experience I have ever had.

Hello! My name is Mary, I was elected to be on homecoming court this year at my highschool, and needed a short black dress, I thought this dress was absolutely perfect. I ordered it on September 3rd, 2024. Giving 25 days for the product to get to me in time. I also purchased priority shipping to make sure I’d get it. After two weeks of no shipping I was getting a little worried, so I tried contacting the business, but no answer. From instagram, customer service email, chat help everything. Not one single response back. After the dress was “preparing for shipment” for 8 days, I bought a back up dress. And it is a good thing I did, because I was sent the completely wrong dress! The picture I attached is the wrong dress. I would be willing to let all of this go if I could just be able to reach a representative from this company. I want to return it, but do not want store credit, I want my hard earned money back. Do not purchase from this shop.

2+ Months wait for Straw Bag

I saw this bag while on vacation out of the country, but I did not want to pay the overpriced amount for the bag. I managed to find the same bag on Poshe, but it took FOREVER to receive, that is over 2 months. There is no customer service phone number, I sent multiple emails requesting to cancel the purchase and attempted their useless online chat feature with no success. I am very surprised to of finally receive the bag however, I will never purchase from Poshe again. :(

Forever to receive
